The Vioben menu: From sea to plate
We seek out local producers to serve you the best our region has to offer. Our products are fresh, organic and always sustainably produced. The traceability of our products is important to know what we are inviting you to enjoy.
Our pleasure is to guarantee you products of impeccable freshness and quality, which is why we only use seasonal produce. All our fish and shellfish are caught locally.
Depending on the catch of the day, we may not be able to serve you all the dishes on the menu, so please accept our apologies in advance.
